About Opportunity

The Corporate Partnership Team work with companies, developing relationships with those that wish to work with PDSA and building on existing relationships to maximise opportunities that benefit both partners. This research role supports the Corporate Partnership Team by providing information about potential corporate targets that are a good match for PDSA.

  • Work closely with the corporate team to identify potential corporate partners and suggest ways to cultivate and solicit new corporate partnerships. 
  • Compile research reports for the corporate team giving information on the prospective partner. Reports would include information on charitable giving, corporate social responsibility, business interests and general business performance (accounts) of the prospective partner.
  • Research concurrent projects acting on leads from the corporate team and own initiative.
  • Provide support in compiling the materials for corporate meetings and proposals. 
  • Monitor developments in the media and private sector that could affect funding from corporates.


Skills and Experience
  • Experience in enquiry driven research ideally on people and companies. Advanced research, analysis and reporting skills.
  • Strong understanding of commercial sector.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral. 
  • Ability to organise and prioritise.
  • Ability to work to deadlines, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ideally experience of using online subscription-based news databases and company databases.
