Collection Can Co-ordinator Location: National
About Save the Children UK Save the Children is the world's independent children's rights organisation. We're outraged that millions of children are still denied proper healthcare, food, education and protection and we're determined to change that.
About Opportunity

Collections raise vital funds that we need to keep on saving children's lives around the world. Quite simply, the more collections we carry out, the more money we raise with which we can save more children's lives. We need pro-active volunteers to find new places to put our collecting tins - shops, bars, gyms - anywhere you can think of. After getting permission from owners/managers, you will then need to co-ordinate dropping off and picking up of collecting tins. This role is very flexible - we only ask that you commit a minimum of 2 hours per week.

Skills and Experience

Good organisational and communication skills are required. Friendly, trustworthy, enthusiastic and out-going personality are desirable. Good knowledge of local area is an advantage
