Dear Parent / Carer
Are you interested in sharing your thoughts and ideas to improve and update one of our health promotion resources aimed at helping parents and carers just like yourself?
The main topic is ‘Having an honest, open conversation with your child about drugs and understanding the risks’ – it’s aimed at those of you who have, or care for young people aged 12-15 years old.
The interactive discussion will last around 2hrs 30mins and will be interesting and fun! The sessions are being held the week beginning Monday 22 August, from 6pm-8.30pm and subject to numbers will be at a venue near you.
You will also receive a complimentary £10 Boots voucher to thank you for valuable input and feedback.
We want you to empower yourselves and others to be confident and informed when having a conversation with your child about drugs. Also, we will explore how to encourage your child to increase their health and wellbeing through involvement in positive activities – to create better communities and contribute to a healthier, fairer Scotland!
If you are interested, please email us by Friday 5 August with your name, email, telephone number, town and postcode at the contact address below:
