Our Volunteer Management training session is for anyone who wishes to know more about retaining and developing their volunteers, especially those who are keen to set up new or review their existing practices and processes to ensure their volunteers remain highly engaged and motivated.
As a result of this training session you will:
- have a greater understanding of the volunteer life cycle
- be able to identify the ways to keep volunteers motivated and recognise the signs of demotivation
- be more aware of the benefits of carrying out a Reflective Support Session to motivate and support volunteers
- have created a personal development template to help you identify a volunteer’s training needs
